Men’s gender bias in organization. Systematization of discursive resistances in awareness workshops

Abstract

In the last years initiatives that intend to close the gender gap in the workplace have increased considerably. One of those initiatives are gender bias training processes. This article presents the results of a systematization of a yearlong experience implementing 10 gender bias workshops in different companies. The focus of this systematization is to identify and analyze the discursive  resistances participants presented during the training. The main objective of this systematization is to collaborate with other training facilitators (both internal and external) for improvement of the workshop design and implementation.
