State Security Law and crimes against public order

Abstract
The crimes against public order contained in the State Security Law regained validity due to the social outbreak of October 2019, revealing their substantive criminal and dogmatic shortcomings. Especially in what is related to public order as a protected legal asset, since it is also protected by crimes of common criminal law. The paper analyze the crimes contained in art. 6 letters c) and a) for being the most widely applied in recent times, performing an interpretive exercise in light of the general principles of criminal law and jurisprudence.
