Damages for antitrust conduct between tobacco companies

Abstract

By using elements of national and foreign laws, this article analyzes some of the most important substantive issues dealt with in the first case on tort liability for anticompetitive conduct that the Supreme Court decides under article 30 of Decree Law N 211 in force, which involved as hostile competitors as Philip Morris and Compañía Chilena de Tabacos.
