Experiences in Diversified Leisure Activities: experiences from the Motricities of the South in the context of an extension project

Abstract
This theoretical essay aims to map and analyze the research carried out within the extension project Vivencias en Actividades Diversificadas de Ocio (VADO) that had as its epistemological base the reference of the Motricities of the South. VADO was born in 1999 and is linked to the Sports for Citizenship Program, of the Department of Physical Education and Human Motricity (DEFMH) of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and has as its general objective education for and for leisure of children and adolescents, resident in the city of São Carlos, in the interior of the state of São Paulo, Brazil. VADO’s actions are based on the framework of Human Motricity, Ecology of Knowledge and Motricities of the South. By analyzing the research carried out, it was possible to understand the diversity of experiences, highlighting the different experiences, the potential for dialogue, the perceptions of the world in intersubjectivity with others and with the motricities of the South.
