Reflections on teaching work based on the Special Regime of Administrative Law (REDA)

Abstract

It is in the relationship between teaching and learning that the teaching work materializes as a social and worker being. In this sense, this article has the purpose of reflecting the teaching work from the Special Regime of Administrative Law (REDA) in the state of Bahia, especially in the municipality of Juazeiro, linked to the Territorial Center of Education (NTE)-10. The methodological path was as follows: a) organization of a bibliographic research; b) analysis of documents such as legislation that guide and regulate the operation of REDA in Bahia, notices of selection processes and school programming; c) field research conducted with teachers hired between 2016 and 2020 and data collection for qualitative and quantitative analysis of results. Thus, the results pointed to the precariousness of the work of the teacher managed by the REDA, even though the teaching function is endorsed with meanings.
