Construct validation of quality professional learning index

Abstract
This research tries to contribute a to looking well assessment to the process of construction of the social knowledge on the teachers' training considering the utility that this one can have for his professional development. Concretely there sought to measure the validity of the instrument of Quality index of the Professional Learning.
The set of analysis allow to infer that of the instrument is reliable and consistent (a 0,89 of Cronbach), which allows to evalúate the stability or changes caused by the permanent training; contributing this way to his national and international standardization, contributing relevant information to the discussion on the effective education.
