A proposal for working with Internet in schools knowledge management and learning communities

Abstract
From a critical view a proposal of incorporation of Internet as a pedagogical resource is constructed. The article centers around three axes: first, it recognizes that the social inequality through the denominated digital breach is more taken care of within the prevailing neoliberal economic model. We propose that the solution faces as far as reflecting around the uses of the technologies in the educational environment and not only access. Secondly, the management of the knowledge appears like a creative, innovating and propitious method, to which the education institutions must be assigned. Finally, the conformation of learning communities should be the ideal organizational modality to carry out the innovation.
