The educational organization: an approach from complexity

Abstract
The purpose of this work is the general analysis of educational organizations, pointing at the background that allowed those educational organizations to get out of their context, the influence that modernity had on their development, the conflicts that were created with the emergence of post modernity, and, finally, analyze a subtle way of seeing the organization from the “complex thought” perspective.
