Determination of the Profile of Thinking Styles and analysis of their implications in the Performance of Venezuelan University Professionals

Abstract
The aim of this study was the determination of the general profile of Thinking Styles of a sample of 1.085 Venezuelan professionals, according to the pattern of Total Brain of Herrmann, with the purpose of comparing it with the one obtained previously in a sample of educators coming from all the levels of the Venezuelan educational system. The results of the investigation confirm in a general way the hypothesis of the inadequate development of the creative potential in both groups.
