Towards an inner globalization: reevaluation of the term starting from the Decroly method

Abstract
The author starts from a philological perspective and summarizes, historically, the main “globalizing” tendencies. Secondly, the author concentrates on a brief analysis starting with the method proposed by the belgium teacher Ovide Decroly. By confronting the two globalizations, an interesting contrast is reached. The author concludes that both perspectives are not exclusive but complementary.
