Main Article Content
Abstract
This article discusses the relationship between knowledge production processes for action in the field of opposition to the Pinochet regime and the political enunciative context marked by the need to overcome Dictatorship. The analysis will focus particularly on the study of the Proposiciones journal, one of the places of intellectual-political sociability, which emerged in the 1980s and that attracted a broad spectrum of the renewed left. Its aim is to explore the characteristics of the opposition’s intellectual field, the debates within that space as a political element in the construction of knowledge and meanings that later on became part of the process of transition to democracy. From a methodological point of view the journal is first analyzed as a text, as a support and afterwards as a network and the results were complemented with in depth interviews.
