Abstract

As a general principle, Prochelle House, Heritage real estate, has been sought to be preserved as faithfully as possible to its present architecture and look, by using techniques capable to respect the house and the surrounding landscape of the bordering Valdivia River. The Extension Building was built looking for harmony with our landscape and environmental Heritage, thus creating a forefront building harmoniously living with a patrimonial building.
